WIEN2k allows to perform electronic structure calculations of solids using density functional theory (DFT). It is based on the full-potential (linearized) augmented plane-wave ((L)APW) + local orbitals (lo) method, one among the most accurate schemes for band structure calculations. Reader should note the below code in the above script. The code is used to generate the machines file to run WIEN2k in parallel mode. Readers are referred to the official user's guide available at 2 for more information about machines file format. In our queueing system the list of machines provided to the job can be obtained from $PBS_NODEFILE environment variable containing line delimited list of nodes allocated to the job.
